What happens after the 14-day trial?
Short answer: Your trial converts to the plan you chose at sign-up and the card on file is charged, unless you cancel before day 14. Nothing is charged during the trial.
At the end of the 14 days your account converts to the plan you selected when you signed up, and the card you added is charged for the first billing period. If you cancel before day 14, nothing is charged at all.
Here is how the trial works in detail:
- A card is required to start. We ask for it up front so that tracking continues without interruption if you decide to stay; it is not charged during the trial.
- The trial is limited to one brand and one manual visibility run per day. Scheduled weekly runs, the technical SEO and GEO audit and the prioritised checklist all work as they will on your paid plan.
- You can change plan at any time during the trial, so if you started on Growth and only need Starter, switch before day 14 and you will be billed at the lower rate.
- Reminders. We email you before the trial ends so the first charge is never a surprise.
Once converted, billing is monthly or annual (annual gives two months free) and managed through the Stripe customer portal linked from Billing in your dashboard. You can see plan limits and prices, all in GBP and excluding VAT, at /pricing.
If you cancel during the trial, your workspace and data are kept for a short period in case you return, and then deleted in line with our retention policy. Nothing in the trial locks you in, and there is no minimum term on monthly plans.
