Billing questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate is added at checkout where applicable, and VAT-registered businesses can enter their VAT number on the invoice.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of that plan. You can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing. We ask for a card to prevent abuse of the AI engine quotas, but you are not charged until the trial finishes.
What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is one question we ask the AI engines on your behalf, for example "best emergency plumber in Leeds". Your plan sets how many prompts you can track; each is run across your chosen engines every week (or daily with the add-on). Suggested prompts come from our onboarding analysis of your site and you can edit them at any time.
What does annual billing save?
Paying annually gives you two months free compared with paying monthly, so you pay for ten months and get twelve.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
Which engines are included?
Starter includes ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Growth adds Claude and Google AI Overviews. Agency and Enterprise include every engine we support, including Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot as they become available.
Is there a discount for charities or multiple agencies?
Registered UK charities and education providers receive 20% off any plan. Agencies with more than 20 client brands should talk to us about Enterprise pricing.
