How many clients can I manage as an agency?
Short answer: The Agency plan supports 20 client brands with 15 team seats and 300 prompts shared across clients; Enterprise removes the limits.
Up to 20 client brands on the Agency plan, each in its own workspace, with 15 seats for your team and a shared pool of 300 tracked prompts. Enterprise removes the brand and prompt limits and adds daily tracking.
How the pool works in practice: 300 prompts across 20 clients averages 15 each, which is enough for most local service clients (a handful of unbranded category prompts per service and location, plus a branded one or two). A larger e-commerce or national client might take 40 or 50, so the mix matters more than the headline count. If you run out, the +50 prompt add-on is £39 a month and can be added more than once.
Each client workspace has:
- Its own brand, competitor list (up to 10), prompt set and engines.
- Its own technical SEO and GEO audit, up to 500 pages.
- Its own prioritised checklist, with assignees and due dates for your team.
- Optional client-viewer logins, so the client can see their own dashboard and nothing else.
- White-label PDF reports with your logo and colours.
Switching between clients is a single selector in the top bar, and alerts can go to a per-client Slack or Teams channel.
If you want to try the agency workflow before committing, the 14-day trial of the Agency plan runs with one brand so you can set up the first client end to end. Pricing and limits are at /pricing; if you expect to exceed 20 clients, Enterprise pricing starts at £1,000 a month and includes a dedicated account manager.
