Can I export reports?
Short answer: Yes. PDF reports from Growth, white-labelled on Agency and Enterprise; the checklist exports to CSV and a weekly email summary is included from Starter.
Yes. There are three export routes, and which you have depends on the plan.
PDF reports are available on Growth, Agency and Enterprise. A report covers the period you choose and includes visibility per engine, share of voice against competitors, average position, sentiment, the most-cited domains, accuracy issues raised, and checklist progress. On Agency and Enterprise the PDF carries your own logo and colours rather than ours, which is what most agencies send to clients monthly.
CSV export of the checklist is on every plan. Each row is one checklist item with its category, severity, impact and effort scores, affected URLs, status, assignee and due date, so it can be dropped into a project tracker or a client's own task system. Integrations with Jira, Trello and Asana are planned for a later phase.
Weekly email summary is included from Starter upwards and goes to whoever you choose in the workspace. It is a short digest: visibility change, notable new mentions or losses, new accuracy alerts and the top quick wins outstanding.
For agencies, a common monthly workflow is:
- Review the weekly runs on the dashboard and resolve any checklist items the team completed.
- Generate the white-label PDF for the month.
- Attach the CSV of outstanding items as the plan for next month.
- Give the client a viewer login if they want to look between reports.
Raw data access for your own dashboards is available through the API key in Settings. If you need a specific format for a client, tell us; report layouts are something we iterate on with agency customers.
